A IV Edi\u00e7\u00e3o da Rota dos Confrades rumou desta vez at\u00e9 Alter do Ch\u00e3o ao Restaurante Pateo Real, onde o chefe Filipe Ramalho nos preparou um menu de excel\u00eancia, que foi acompanhado com os excelentes vinhos do produtor da regi\u00e3o, Impar Vinhos e comentados pelo seu en\u00f3logo Eng. Jos\u00e9 Reis. Em novembro iremos terminar esta Rota 2024 em local a indicar, sempre com o objetivo de promover e divulgar a Gastronomia e os Vinhos do Alentejo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
